With Christmas I’ve related classical Gingerbread Cookies. Cream together the butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until mild and fluffy. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cookies are frivolously browned. Everyone got a couple of sugar cookies (one with their preliminary), a couple of oatmeal cookies and a few chocolate chip cookies.
