LONDON (Reuters Life!) – Three-star Michelin chef Heston Blumenthal opened a brand new restaurant in London this week focused on the revival and modernization of British recipes.
For seating, card tables and picnic tables are advantageous for casual, laid back fish dinner events. Choose the colors you wish to use on your décor, and canopy the tables with cheap plastic or vinyl tablecloths. I use the ones from greenback shops. It’s a good idea to tape or otherwise safe the overhanging table covers to the legs. I normally serve my food at a fish fry buffet style. In sizzling climate, when bugs have invited themselves to my feast, I set the food up indoors. It’s also a good suggestion to do that when the weather is chilly. Otherwise, I’ll usually have a buffet desk outdoors, on my deck. To preserve hot dishes heat, I use chafing dishes.
